First, great! Second, I've always found that sometimes our body needs a jolt out of the ordinary to get the losses moving. Get back on track as you have planned but don't worry about setbacks here and there. And promise that you'll tell me the same thing in a few months. ;-)

Yay!!! NOT inexplicable... it just takes time for the scale to show the calories you're tossing off (by not eating.) YOu think you're doing badly-- but just compare your eating now to eating before the band and it makes sense, right? That is how we're losing weight, it's not a diet. It is a gentle weight loss due to calorie restriction.
way to go! the scale keeps us guessing!
