As I said on Sherry's blog, I thought I was all badass because I walked a lot on vacation.
Then I came home and stepped on the scale.
Friends, it is tragic. Up four pounds from my recent low.
Fill on Thursday, Fill on Thursday, Fill on Thursday.

ReplyDeleteHey Kristin.. just draw a line in the sand and step over it.. you had a great vacay and now its back to focusing on you.. and honestly, I know 4 lbs sounds tragic.. its not...with your walking, you tend to firm up muscles, that weigh more.. focus on how your clothes feel.. that is a better indicator!! Hang in their sweetie..

ReplyDeleteI feel your pain cupcake...i was on vacay the week before you and walked a total of approx. 30 miles...compared to the 6 miles a week I normally do. I was soooooo sure I'd come back to a huge loss and...absolutely, freakin' nothing.

Vacation is tough. Good news is that vacation weight usually comes off pretty quickly. Good luck on your fill.

ReplyDeleteSweetie, the only walks I took were from the fridge to the beach. I'm powerless around golden oreos and fresh avacados (not together of course!). Vacations be damned, I'm not posting a gain on my ticker come Thursday (my weigh in day!).
