Checking In

Not much to report here. 204.4 this morning. Eating pretty well but it'll take a miracle to get to 199.8 by Tuesday morning, especially given my current hormonal status.

C'est la vie.

  2. Don't put so much pressure on your self.. numbers will drop.. I just re-read all of the reasons why you want to lose weight.. I think you can cross quite a few of these off.. and THAT is what I think you should be tracking.. yes Onderland has its feeling of victory.. but it is a number, and your list of reasons are true NON SCALE VICTORIES.. so live in this light and focus.. cause you are doing just great Kristin! hugs

  4. I agree with Barbara... try not to pressure yourself. Sometimes I set a time limit on things for myself: like if the scale doesn't move within a month, I promise that I will go to the doctor to discuss next steps. This often works for me...
    You will get there and yes: focus on where you've come from.

  5. I agree don't pressure yourself..I too have little weight goals for occasions..but I have finally realized will someone notice if I weigh 2-3 lbs less..and the answer is NO..chin up ONDERLAND is within reach xo
