Scale was up this morning, 3.5 pounds since Sunday. Also, I'm starving this morning. WTF?
Sadly, I think the olives may be the culprit. Couldn't get my engagement ring on yesterday; couldn't get wedding or engagement on today. This is totally because of water retention, right? PLEASE SAY YES.
Absofreakinlutely...happens to me all the time. I've been wearing band sans diamond ring for months now. Lay off the salt for a while and you'll be fine.
Yeah, you may need to step away from the olives. I have been eating tuna like crazy and haven't lost any weight in days... I am sure it is salt. I must take my own advice!
Kristin, hot lemon water always knocked out the water weight for me.. or eat steamed asparagus.. that is supposed to be a natural diuretic... hope you feel better.. hugs to you.
The same damn thing has happened to me!!! You just got back from vacation too this past weekend right? I got back on Sunday night and was 207.6 or .8 MOnday morning so that is what I sent over for the challenge. Yeah, I wake up this morning 210.4! WTF? I've had a few chips over the last 2 days so dang if is amazing what salt will do.
I'm going to try Gen's advice with the watered down Cranberry Juice!
I'm sure it is!! I still get very bloated around my time of the month...could that be it for you??

ReplyDeleteYES water retention. Drink a ton of water or watered down sugar free cranberry juice today, even better.
